Bath Group, LLC, as the Contractor, possesses the necessary experience and licenses to provide hazardous materials abatement services in compliance with New Mexico law. The PSFA and its school districts, collectively, acting as Co-Owners of a Public School Capital Outlay Council (PSCOC) funded project, will utilize the services provided under this agreement. The agreement details the scope of work, requiring the Contractor to perform all necessary services as specified in Exhibit A and provide a Quote for each Project. Compensation will be in full payment for services rendered, set forth in Exhibit B, and paid upon receipt of a detailed, certified payment invoice. The Contractor is responsible for taxes and fees, and shall protect the PSFA from liabilities related to their operations and personnel. Travel expenses will be reimbursed where specified, but not to exceed the current allowable travel and per diem limits. The agreement, effective upon signing, shall terminate on October 1, 2028, unless terminated earlier by the PSFA for cause or convenience, with provisions for opportunity to cure. The PSFA reserves the right to terminate the agreement without amendment if a written agreement is signed by all signatories.
