The spacing, header, logo sizes, and font selections are all very specific.\nEven though many of the style decisions (see options in the Toolbar’s ‘Styles’ menu) have been made already, this template is designed to offer you enough flexibility to build your own fact sheet to suit your purposes.\nImportant Details\nThis is a caption in a text box\nHere is a list of some details that you need to be aware of. The first and most important are related to fonts.\nBody text should use the “CenturyExpd BT” font, sizes 10 or 11\nFor Fact Sheet titles and headings within text, use Univers 47 Condensed Light with the Bold style\nIf you don’t have these fonts installed on your computer, you will need to download them from the FIS Fact Sheet page in the station profile. You will also need to have those fonts installed by personnel with Administrative privileges on your computer.\nThis template also has a header and footer, which you can edit. To edit the header and footer, simply double click on those areas, and edit the text according to your needs. The header and footer for the first page is set up to be different than the pages that follow. This means that changes you make to the footer on the first page also need to be added to one of the pages that follow.\nThis document is also set up in a two column layout. You can change this by clicking on the “Page Layout” menu option and customizing with the “Columns” item that you find there. The number of columns as well as the width can be customized to your needs.\nUsing pictures\nOne of the trickiest parts in building your fact sheet might be the display of images. However, there are just a few simple things you need to know:\nPlacement\nThe images in this template are set up to have an absolute position on the page. This allows the image to stay exactly where you place it, no matter what the text is before or after.\nTo insert an image, click on the “Insert” menu item, and select “Picture.” That will allow you to place an image in the document. Choose an image on your computer or network drive. If necessary, make sure you’ve already set the picture orientation and/or enhanced the picture (e.g. # of pixels, image sharpening, cropping) beforehand using image management software like Adobe Photoshop or Fireworks.\nOnce the image is on the Fact Sheet page, you can drag it to the place where you want it to appear. To access the dialog for controlling position, right click on the image, choose “Text Wrapping…” and once there, choose “More Layout Options...” This will allow you to specify the placement of your picture.\nYou can also choose the Text Wrapping configuration that you would like to use for your image. For an absolutely positioned image, like the one on the first page, the best option is going to be “Square”\nIf you want to make the image appear in-line with your text, you can do that as well, as the following image is placed. With in-line images, you do not need to worry about wrapping or placement of the image itself, but you will need to place the caption and credit next to the image.\nThis is the caption\nCredit: USFWS\nPhoto Captions and credits\nCaptions and credits are Service-required elements for all images. Captions should use the “Photo Caption” style (i.e. Century Expanded Italic font) and appear underneath the image. The credit is a text box that appears to the right of the image, using the “Photo Credit” style, with vertically oriented text.\nTo place the caption, click on the “Insert” menu option and choose a rectangle from the “Shapes” menu – inserting a shape works better than inserting a Text Box. Draw a long horizontal box below your image. Then, add text to the box by right clicking and choosing the “Add Text” option. Type the caption, and choose the “Photo Caption” style from the style menu.\nYou then need to customize the text box.","cbCaib7dY8EH94l0","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaib7dY8EH94l0","docx",2449259,"English","# Important Details\n## Fonts and Style\n## Header and Footer\n## Two-Column Layout\n# Using pictures\n## Placement and positioning\n## Caption and credit setup\n## Text box customization","[{\"question\":\"What fonts does the fact sheet template require?\",\"answer\":\"Body text should use CenturyExpd BT in sizes 10 or 11.
