If you want to see the results for students who were mine on the day they tested, change the date on the calendar to the approximate date they tested. Click save. \n● Back in the “Dashboard Generator”, click on the appropriate tests you wish to enter the results for. For example ILEARN Mathematics. \n● Click “Go to Dashboard”. \n● In the Dashboard click on the test you wish to look at. \n● On the “Performance on Tests” screen click on the specific grade you wish to look at. \n● On the “District Performance on Test Screen” click on the school you wish to look at. \n● From this screen you should be able to determine district and school level performance on the test using the tabs for each reporting category. \nPart 2: Entering the performance data into the corporation/school template SENS math spreadsheet. \n● Open the corporation/school template SENS math spreadsheet (google sheets or excel) . \n● Ensure you are looking at the appropriate grade tab. \n● The content priority data has already been entered in the spreadsheet. \n● You will enter the performance data from CRS (part 1) into the performance column (column D) for each standard. \n| Symbol in CRS | Number to enter in spreadsheet |\n| --- | --- |\n| | 1 |\n| | 2 |\n| | 3 |\n\nPart 3 : Determining the SENS from the data \n● As you enter the data, the numbers in the Combined Column (column F) will change. \n● If the combined number is greater than or equal to 6.5 , that standard will be identified asa suggested SENS and the cell will turn red. \n● If the combined number is equal to 6.0 , that standard will be identified as borderline and the cell will turn yellow. Further investigation of these standards will need to be done in consultation with district teachers. \n● Approximately 30% of standards should be identified as SENS. \nThis process can be repeated for all grades in Mathematics and English/language arts (separate spreadsheet template) .","cbCaiguQ72J2s7Q8","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiguQ72J2s7Q8","pdf",114128,"English","# Purpose\n# Timeline\n# Process Steps\n## Part 1: Locating corporation standard level performance data\n## Part 2: Entering performance data into the corporation/school template SENS spreadsheet\n## Part 3: Determining the SENS from the data","[{\"question\":\"When should the SENS identification process be conducted each year?\",\"answer\":\"The process should be performed annually after the release of ILEARN scores, typically in early summer.\"},{\"question\":\"How is the performance data transferred from CRS into the SENS spreadsheet?\",\"answer\":\"After locating grade- and school-level results in CRS, users enter the CRS performance values into the spreadsheet performance column (column D) for each standard.\"},{\"question\":\"What thresholds determine whether a standard is suggested or borderline SENS?\",\"answer\":\"If the combined value in the Combined Column (column F) is greater than or equal to 6.5, the standard is suggested SENS (cell turns red).
