The tools have been designed based on an agreed structure that avoids asking for similar information in different contexts. This template is harmonised with HIT application form and HIT project progress report. Please note that if one or the other changes, the other needs to be changed as well.\nIf needed, the following flexibility principles can be applied:\nIt is possible to change the order of main parts or questions within each part.\nChanges that don't disrupt the main logic of sections/questions are possible. The logic can be disrupted when one change influences some other part(s) of the tool.\nOptional questions (in yellow) can be left out partially or in full.\nAll overview tables can be customised. These are tables that take data from different fields to present this data in different combinations.\nMultiple languages are possible by adding fields to enter the text in other languages.\nMaximum length of text for answers will be decided by programmes because this depends on technical options in their online monitoring system.\n\u000f\nPART A – Activity report\nA.1 Project progress report identification\nPurpose and logic:\nThis section includes elements needed to identify the project and the report.\nOther information provided in the application form or at the contracting stage that might be needed when checking the report can be found in other sections of the monitoring system.\nThis section should ideally be fully automated in online systems.\n-----------------------------------------------------------------------------\nA.2 Highlights of main achievements\nA.3 Overview of the outputs and results achievement\nThis question refers to section A.3 in the project progress report and should address the progress made by the project in reaching their outputs, as well as their contribution to programme outputs and results.\nA.3.1. How is the project progressing with regards to outputs, programme output indicators and programme result indicators?\nA: (drop down menu? On track, delayed, delivered?)\nA.3.2. Is there any cause for concern (deviations, delays, low achievement levels, etc.) which has not been addressed in section A.4 of the project progress report?\nA: Yes/ No\nA.4 Project problems and deviations\nA.5 Target groups\nIn the project progress report, the project has explained for each target group in what way and to what extent they were involved in the project in this reporting period.\nA.5.1. Is the project involving the target groups as indicated in the approved application form?\nA: Yes/ No\nA.5.2. Are there any communication activities linked to this worth noting?\nA: Yes/ No\nA.5.3. How well is the project progressing in involving or reaching out to their chosen target groups?\nA: (drop down menu? On track, delayed, delivered?)\nA.6 Work plan progress\nPlease note that information on problems and delays is asked for already in A.4. The section on investments is only relevant if the programme allows for i","cbCainbZC6iP3YGO","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCainbZC6iP3YGO","docx",113481,6,"English","# A.1 Project progress report identification\n# A.2 Highlights of main achievements\n# A.3 Overview of the outputs and results achievement\n## A.3.1 Progress on outputs and indicators\n## A.3.2 Cause for concern not addressed in A.4\n# A.4 Project problems and deviations\n# A.5 Target groups\n## A.5.1 Involvement per approved application\n## A.5.2 Communication activities worth noting\n## A.5.3 Progress in reaching target groups\n# A.6 Work plan progress\n## A.6.1 Progress vs approved work plan and communication\n## A.6.2 Progress vs application objectives\n## A.6.4 Progress vs delivery of planned outputs\n## Investment (OPTIONAL)\n### A.6.5.1 Planned investments delivered\n### A.6.5.1.1 Comment if not\n### A.6.5.2 Added value of cooperation clear/present\n### A.6.5.3 Deviations impacting investment delivery\n# A.7 Project results\n## A.7.1 Progress towards results\n# A.8 Horizontal principles\n## A.8.1 Respecting programme horizontal principles","[{\"question\":\"What is the main purpose of the monitoring checklist for activity reports?\",\"answer\":\"It enables the programme to evaluate project progression from submitted progress reports, including whether projects are on track and whether outputs, results, and cooperation commitments are adequately delivered and qualified.\"},{\"question\":\"Which areas does the checklist assess to determine if a project is on track?\",\"answer\":\"It covers progression of outcomes, work plan, budget and communication, checks quality of project outputs/results, and reviews stakeholder and target group engagement.\"},{\"question\":\"What does section A.8 verify regarding compliance with programme requirements?\",\"answer\":\"It checks whether the project respects the programme’s horizontal principles, including sustainable development, gender equality and mainstreaming, and non-discrimination across specified grounds.\"}]","HIT monitoring checklist - Final version 1.1 - November 2021 | DOCX",1788175990]
