Hayter  \nTHAT the Healthy Communities Advisory Committee endorses recommendations for funding from the Community Investment Fund, as outlined in Report HCAC2026-01.  \nCARRIED  \n9. Scott raised concerns about the application of the Active  \nTransportation Plan in the Smith Street/Victoria crescent  \nneighbourhoods.
