RFP Purpose and Timeline  \nPurpose: The goal of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to award funding to successful applicants to provide evidence-based Healthy Aging and Falls Prevention Programs to older adults (60+) in Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, and Pacific Counties. Training is available to help interested applicants learn how to provide most of the eligible programs.  \nService Area: Interested parties may apply to provide services in one or more of the following counties: Clallam, Jefferson, Grays Harbor, and Pacific.  \nTerm of Contract: Successful applicants will be awarded an initial contract for the performance period of March 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
