This role is responsible for supporting the Group Health, Safety and Environment Lead in promoting initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices within the organisation.  \nMain Duties and Responsibilities  \n1. Assist in the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) management systems in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.  \n2. Assist in the management of incident reporting and investigation processes, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.  \n3. Support maintaining records of health, safety, and environmental practicesand policies.  \n4. Contribute to raising awareness of health, safety, and environmental responsibilities among employees, including delivering training sessions and creating informative materials.  \n5. Ensure that employees are informed about safety procedures and environmental procedures.  \n6. Support the Lead to update and implement health, safety, and environmental policies in line with legal requirements and company standards.  \n7. Support the Lead in overseeing adherence to these policies and contribute constructive feedback to enhance them.  \n8. Support the Lead in conducting risk assessment reviews and audits to identify and address potential workplace hazards  \n9. Help track and report on environment implementation projects.  \n13.Assist in monitoring compliance with statutory health, safety, and environmental requirements.  \n14. Participate in internal audits to ensure continued compliance with ISO standards.  \n15.Attend and contribute to organisational health and safety meetings and support the Group Lead in preparing reports and documentation for these meetings.  \n16. Liaise with external bodies such as Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and Environment Agency as required, under the guidance of the Group Lead.  \n17.Assist in coordinating responses to external inspections and audits.  \nOther  \n1. To undertake any further training as identified in the Shaw Trust review procedures.  \n2. Ensure that safe working practices are followed in respect of health and safety training and other Risk Assessment control measures.  \n3.
