On occasion, we may accept a classic presentation of a very rare entity if these criteria are fulfilled.  \nThe text should be approximately 250-500 words, appropriate legends for the figures shown and 3-5 pertinent references.  \nIf you would like to submit to Images, please follow this link to the Journal.
