Jerome, Larry 2nd, VOTED, UNANIMOUS  \nDISCUSSIONS  \n1. Elliott: She’Kenya is no longer employed by the City of Bridgeport. Larry verified and advised that She’Kenya expressed that she plans to enroll as a Commissioner for the People with Disabilities.  \n2. Projects and Events:  \n- CPD Membership renewals are being processed. Elliott: suggested that it would be nice to wait for all of the applications to be approved and all of the commissioners be sworn in at the same time.  \n- P. T. Barnum Events-Per Mr. Carol, volunteers not needed and not much going on at this time.  \n- Park ramp – Don: has not been able to reach James Meszoros, however, he agreed to try again andwill inquire about procedure and funding. Brenda: Maybe we can send a correspondence to the Mayor to advise/request that ramps be installed for wheelchairs at Seaside Park, Beach House & West Beach so that persons in wheelchairs can have closer access to the water. Larry: agreed to research procedure and check with Karen Green, ADA Coordinator and report back to the CPD.  \n- Small Grant – Elliott: $500 grant money not received in hand yet. An I-9 Tax form was submitted a couple of weeks ago. Larry: agreed to request a copy of the original grant so that we can verify the limitations. Jerome: suggested that our event might be similar to “Park City Movie Night” in the park area at Main Street and State Street on the side of the court building.  \n- Jerome: Questioned if there is a problem with rescheduling meetings. Discussion pursued.  \n- Don: Questioned the procedure for posting CPD minutes on City website.
