Key Performance Indicators from the Topsector Logistics \nSummary \nTKI Dinalog (in which Dinalog, NWO and TNO work together on innovation in logistics and supply chain management) employs Calls for Proposals. These are open calls, which take place in one or two rounds per year. Calls for Proposals are publicized through the appropriate channels, such as through the TKI Dinalog website and the website of the Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research (NWO) and through press releases in the media. \nThe Program Committee assesses the submitted project proposals and advises the Board of TKI Dinalog on whether or not to grant the application. The Board makes the final decision. \nThe document before you describes the manner in which project proposals should be submitted to TKI Dinalog: \n• the guidelines and basic principles with regard to financing and co-financing. \n• the rights and obligations of the project partners. \n• the guidelines with regard to intellectual property. \n• the procedures with regard to submissions. \n• the evaluation. \n• the allocation of the grant. \n• the accountability. \nThe Board can amend the details of the scheme at any time; any amendments will be published in plenty of time. The awarding of project proposals by the Board of TKI Dinalog in general takes place under the pre-condition that the underlying funding has been allocated to TKI Dinalog by the Rijksdienst Voor Ondernemend Nederland (RVO) . \n1 Call for Proposals \n1.1 General \nTKI Dinalog (in which Dinalog, NWO and TNO work together on innovation in logistics and supply chain management) develops innovation programs, in harmony with the ambitions and objectives of the Top-sector Logistics. \nTKI Dinalog uses Calls for Proposals. These are open calls, which take place in one or two rounds a year. Calls for Proposals are publicized through the appropriate channels, such as through the website of TKI Dinalog. After announcement, consortia comprising companies and knowledge institutes can submit project proposals. \nEach project has a coordinator appointed by the collaborative parties. In principle, a knowledge institute or company can be the coordinator. \nSubmission of project proposals must take place as follows: \n• Submission by email, of the electronic version of the documents in PDF, but including at least original MS Word and Excel versions (including the project budget) of the documents to the following email [address](address tenders@dinalog.nl)[ ](address tenders@dinalog.nl","cbCaidG8EedoQkcB","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaidG8EedoQkcB","pdf",550451,"English","# Summary\n# Call for Proposals\n## General\n## Summary of the procedure for project proposals\n## The objectives of the Top-sector Logistics and TKI Dinalog\n# Project financing\n# Selection procedure and proposal criteria\n# Preparing a proposal\n## Drafting a proposal and detailed project plan\n## Advice regarding grant allocation\n## Grant allocation decision\n## Implementation and accountability\n# Guidelines concerning project results and / or Intellectual Property (IP)\n# Explanation of the Project plan\n## Standard Project plan\n## Explanation of the Project plan\n# Explanation of Project budget and financial reports\n## Introduction\n## Project period\n## Budget breakdown\n## General project costs\n## Personnel costs-consortium partners\n## Other costs\n## Grant amount – project proceeds\n# Explanation of the Partner agreement\n## Standard partner agreement\n## Explanation of the Partner agreement\n# Annexes","[{\"question\":\"How are project proposals submitted to TKI Dinalog?\",\"answer\":\"Proposals are submitted by email with an electronic PDF version and at least the original MS Word and Excel versions, including the project budget.
