They must keep these areas properly maintained, aesthetically pleasing and functioning properly at all times. They should be self-motivated and able to work independently and with others. They must be able to use a computer, tablet, and cell phone to receive work orders, keep a schedule, and communicate to other staff members effectively. They must be flexible and willing to adjust their schedule to accommodate various needs within the company.
