We're going to do the same sort of thing with the surveys. So the students will get a survey as well as the faculty evaluating the students.\u000bWe are going to do a little bit of work to continue to refine the survey questions themselves and to try to align the student version and the faculty version.\u000bAnd then that information will be shared back with the colleges through the associate deans.\u000bSo this is primarily for the non-funded programs, which are the a certain number of PhD programs and then two of the master's programs from the College of Science and Math.\u000bSo, we also have the funded programs annual reviews. You should have received the spreadsheets and directions as well as the submissions. Those are due by end of day on May 4th.\u000bAnd then I also want to thank you. I received lots of submissions and questions from students about the publications and presentations. This is directly related to one of the SIPs related to expanding the number of publications and presentations and the research that grad students are conducting. So I really appreciate you sharing that.\u000bWe're going to send a reminder email, I think soon, sometime this week through Target X, and then we'll do another one. And so if you wouldn't mind also reminding your students, we already have a fair number of people who've submitted what they're doing that I don't know if you checked out that SharePoint site.\u000bbut it includes a CV template and then a little shorter version around what to report, specifically from, I think, end of May last year through present.
