E = Evaluated \n⁃ Am I consistently and constantly appraising my performance and my goal \n⁃ attainment? \nIf I want to learn Excel, after 1 month of starting my project, have I evaluated my progress thus far? \n7. R = Reviewed \n⁃ After I’ve evaluated my performance and my goal attainment, am I reviewing \nwhether I’ll attain my goals? In other words, am I adapting my goals to ⁃ If I hmeaveelmreyapdryolgress?earned 3 Excel functions in 1 month, when I planned to learn \n1 Excel function in 1 month, am I reviewing my goals and revising them? \n8. T = Trackable \n⁃ After I’ve specified measurements for my performance and my goal attainment, am I ensuring that I can create trackers for measuring my goals? Am I tracking my performance consistently and constantly? If I want to learn 5 Excel functions, have I created a document that lists whether I have completed learning a function and when I did so? \n9.
