The energy efficiency upgrades will only be installed in the income-restricted units in both communities.  \nDELIVERABLES  \nThe deliverables described below shall be designed, purchased, developed, and implemented by ABC Building Group. hereinafter “Grantee.” Each of these deliverables shall include cost effective measures that directly contribute to energy savings and/or facilitate energy conservation behavioral practices in Maryland.  \n1. Energy Efficiency Upgrades  \nA. Grantee has identified 149 apartments in three new construction buildings in County as eligible candidate facilities serving low-to-moderate income Marylanders to receive an energy efficiency upgrade under this Grant.  \nAddress Building 1  \nAddress Building 2  \nAddress Building 3  \nB. Grantee shall provide personnel to comply with the reporting and invoicing requirements of this Grant.  \nC. All work shall be completed by contractors and/or staff holding all necessary certificationsand licenses. Additionally, all work performed pursuant to the Grant shall comply with all applicable local, State, and federal building codes.  \nD.
