Every insurer that offers home insurance in the UK must pay into the Flood Re Scheme. The FTC Senior Business Analyst will take ownership of requirements gathering, process mapping, and adhere to project governance standards. The successful candidate will bring discipline and rigour to Flood Re with a keen eye for detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and an analytical mindset to carry out their responsibilities diligently and work successfully on a portfolio of change initiatives.  \nPrincipal Responsibilities  \n• Requirements Gathering: Work with a diverse group of stakeholders across multiple projects and business areas to gather functional and non-functional requirements.  \n• Requirements Management: Collaborate with the project and change team to ensure the successful delivery of projects, taking ownership of the quality, approval, and timely delivery of all requirements documentation.
