enables potential \t\tTenderers to decide whether to participate in the Tender or not. The information \tcontained in the Invitation for Tenders must conform to the Tender documents and in particular to the relevant information in the Tender Data Sheet.\nSection II\tInstructions to Tenderers (ITT)\nThis Section provides information to help Tenderers prepare their Tenders. It contains details on the submission, opening, and evaluation of Tenders received during the Primary Procurement process. It also provides an overview of the Secondary Procurement process for the award of a Call-off Contract(s) once the Framework Agreement(s) is concluded. This is more fully described in the Framework Agreement.
