I am very excited tobe your teacher this coming year . I hope you are really enjoying your summer . I am hoping to have a great summer . I love to spend time with my children . I like to travel , spend time relaxing by my pool and at the beach whenever we have a chance . \nThis will be my fourth year teaching in Weare and I really love working at Weare Middle School. I will be busy getting our classroom ready over the next few months . We will have a busy year in fourth grade . We will be learning long division and multiplication , work with fractions , try lots of fun science experiments , and learn a lot about \nNH history. We will also do a lot of reading and I hope you have had time to read over the summer , it’s my favorite thing to do! \nI would like to ask you to bring something (like a picture you took , a picture you drew or some type of souvenir) that you could share with the class on the first day of school to tell us about a“special summer memory” you had this summer . I think this is a great way for us to get to know each other! \nI look forward to meeting all of you on the first day of school. I hope you enjoy the rest of your summer vacation! \nMrs . Mendelsohn \nA Note to Fourth Grade Parents , \nI am looking forward to meeting you and working together to help \nyour child have a wonderful fourth grade year . If you have any questions or concerns please email me at [kim.mendelsohn@sau24.org](kim.mendelsohn@sau24.org). \nThe school does supply many supplies but every year at least a few parents ask if we can use anything for the classroom . These are some items we could use in the classroom but remember these are optional and not a requirement: \n● 1 box crayola markers \n● Pencil topper erasers \n● 1 box of pencils \n● 3 boxes of tissues (please no lotion because of allergies) \n● 1 container of sanitizing wipes \n● 3 rolls of paper towels \n● Headphones or earbuds (These should be in a Ziploc bag with your child’s name on it.) \n● 1 box of plastic spoons and 1 box of plastic forks \nI am asking parents to put the supplies in a plastic (or paper) bag and tell your child to bring them to me on the first day of school. \nThank you , \nKim Mendelsohn","cbCaiikBREHX5tal","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiikBREHX5tal","pdf",56551,"English","# Welcome to Fourth Grade\n## Summer plans and classroom learning\n# First-day sharing request\n# Note for parents\n## Optional classroom supplies list\n## How to submit supplies","[{\"question\":\"Who is the letter from and who is it for?\",\"answer\":\"The letter is from Mrs. Kim Mendelsohn and is addressed to Fourth Graders at Weare Middle School, with a separate note to parents.\"},{\"question\":\"What will students learn during the fourth grade year?\",\"answer\":\"Students will practice long division and multiplication, work with fractions, do fun science experiments, and learn a lot about NH history, along with regular reading.\"},{\"question\":\"What supplies are optional for parents to provide, and how should they be brought?\",\"answer\":\"The letter lists optional items such as markers, pencils, tissues, sanitizing wipes, paper towels, headphones/earbuds in a labeled Ziploc bag, and plastic utensils.
