F Mogotsi Ms Tshegofatso Medupe  \nObituary  \nHer Life  \nFlorah Mmamothina Leseyane was born on 14 November 1955, the second child of Julias Madimabe and Ribecca Dikeledi Dambuza. She was born in Mafikeng, but her family later moved to Rustenburg “Rankelenyane,” where she began her schooling. Florah went on to complete her education at Mojaneng Boarding School in Hammanskraal.  \nThe family eventually settled in Soshanguve, where Florah trained as a clerk. In 1976, she married the late Lakie Ersten Phiri, and their union was blessed with two children: a daughter, Winnie Kgomotso, and a son, Reuben Tshepo. Later in life, in 2003, she entered holy matrimony with Patrick Mosema Leseyane, with whom she shared a beautiful bond.  \nHer Career  \nFlorah’s professional journey began at Batswana Gare Transports in what was then Bophuthatswana. Her career took a significant step forward when she joined South African Breweries as a payroll administrator. Demonstrating her skills and dedication, Florah later worked at Chrest Chemical in Midrand as a Personal Assistant to the CEO. She went on to join General Electric (GE) , where she served as a Personal Assistant to the CEO until her retirement in 2015.  \nThroughout her career, Florah was known for her diligence, professionalism, and her warm, approachable spirit.  \nHer Journey with the Lord  \nFlorah accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior in 1993 and became a dedicated member of the International Assemblies of God ( Mabopane – Bethel Assembly) . She later became one of the founding members of Holy Sanctuary IAG, where she faithfully served as a deacon and actively participated in the Women’s Ministry for many years. Florah completed her bible theology studies with Extension bible college in 2009  \nHer commitment to the work of Christ was unwavering and an example to all who knew her. Florah was a mother, sister, friend, counsellor, and servant of God. She understood that her service was not about personal recognition but about advancing the Kingdom of God. Her life of sacrifice and dedication has left an indelible mark, and her absence leaves a great void in the hearts of many.  \nHer Homecoming  \nAfter a long illness, Florah was called to be with the Lord on 14 December 2024. She leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, and service. Florah is survived by her loving husband Patrick, Stepdaughter Mrs Dimakatso Mamabolo, her two children, Kgomotso Mogotsi and Reuben Phiri, her son-in-law Thabo Mogotsi, daughter-in-law Lungile Phiri, and her beloved grandchildren:  \nTshegofatso, Rorisang, and Thoriso.  \nThough her physical presence is no longer with us, her spirit, her faith, and the love she shared will live on in the lives of all who knew her.  \n“Onge moya wa wena wo saseka wu nga Etshama hi ku Rhula.
