Manage the effective provision of Financial Operations, for the University and subsidiaries, ensuring that financial procedures are effective and closely followed, payments to suppliers are made in accordance with University terms of business, and compliance with supplier payment legislation is adhered to.  \n9. Maintain an effective system of income and expenditure accounting compliant with internal and external requirements, ensuring that income to the University and subsidiaries is properly accounted for.  \n10. Maintain the finance strategy of a cashless campus, working closely with a representative from the Financial Accounts team whilst sustaining an effective system of internal financial control. Carry out audit review of bankings to ensure compliance with Financial Regulations. Provide regular workshops and guidance to users.  \n11.
