The following agreement will contain all financial compensation and benefits . The agreement will also list financial penalties should the contract end before the listed termination date. The Academy Volleyball Club may withhold earnings depending on the timing and nature of the termination.  \nCompensation  \nCoaches will be compensated for the work directly relating to their club team. This compensation includes a stipend amount and allowance for tournaments meeting the criteria of a travel event. The full stipend amount, pay periods, and allowance amounts are listed below. Any work that is done above and beyond will be considered voluntary, unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the work being completed.  \nAllowances  \nCoaches will receive an allowance to help offset any costs incurred by the coach when traveling to and from events . Not all events will receive the full allowance. The Academy Volleyball Club considers distance, time commitment, and accessibility to vendors when determining what events meet this criteria. The Academy Volleyball Club may also increase these amounts depending on the demand of travel and conditions . All allowances will be dispersed prior to the day of travel by direct deposit or check.  \nFood Allowance:  \n$15 per day for any event located at The Indianapolis Convention Center.  \n$20 for any event requiring a day of travel.  \n$40 per day for events that are 75 miles or more from your club location address .  \nMilage:  \n$0.45 per mile for events that are 75 miles or more from your club location address . Only one drive per team will receive this milage allowance. Head Coaches are responsible for the transportation of their assistant coach. Coaches may choose to split this allowance if they are driving separately. Coaches will forfeit this amount if they choose to carpool with another coaching staff.  \nParking:  \nReceipt submitted after tournament. Coaches will submit parking receipts to their designated location after returning home from  \na tournament. Receipts must be submitted within two weeks of the conclusion of the tournament to receive reimbursement. Hotel:  \n$ --- The Academy Volleyball Club will use a credit card authorization form for all hotel expenses . A coach will be responsible for placing a credit card on file for any incidentals, but that card will not be charged.  \nAirfare:  \n$ --- The Academy Volleyball Club will book and pay for any tournament requiring an airfare.  \nDeductions  \nHotel:  \n$ --- Coaches will be responsible for the hotel room in the event they fail to communicate with the hotel and the room is canceled for a \"no show.\" Hotels typically cancel rooms when a traveler does not communicate a late arrival or changed arrival day.  \nAirfare:  \n$ --- If a coach cancels a trip that requires a flight (poor planning or termination) the coach will be expected to pay back the flight. The coach will be able to keep the flight as a credit under their name and use the credit towards a personal trip. The amount will be automatically deducted from their next paycheck.  \nTournament Absence:  \nCoaches missing a tournament, that has not been previously communicated to the director, and agreed upon ahead of time (at least 4 weeks), will be fined $50 per tournament day.
