We need to do this under:  \n• The Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA)  \n• The Common Reporting Standard (CRS)  \nThese rules are set out in Irish law. They are under Section 891E and Section 891F of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997 (as amended), along with related tax regulations.  \nSharing your account details  \nIn some cases, we may need to share your account details with the Revenue Commissioners.
