The proposed new Bills Stadium in Orchard Park, NY will be built inside the current stadium complex. It will be located on the west side of Abbott Road in the space currently utilized for stadium parking. The western section of the APE (area of potential effect) consists of portions ofthe SUNY Erie South Campus. Most of the areas on campus within the Town of Hamburg are not going to be developed at this stage, but rather will be used for construction lay down.
