Choose “Patient Letter” from drop-down  \n3. Use drop-down menu beside “Subject” to Select “Excuse Letter”  \n4. Once template appears  \nhighlight and delete  \nsections/paragraphs not needed.  \n5. Place curser at the beginning of letter and press F3 to move through document (do not tab) marking as you go.  \n6. If specifying restrictions for the patient use free text below the “following restrictions” line  \n7. Select “Print Now” in the Action Pane  \n8. If needed you can “Forward”  \n9.
