If you decide to go ahead, we will send you the booking contract to be signed and returned with the deposit of £850  \nfor evening events or £1,500 for Twilight weddings.  \nThree months before your event 50% of the balance is due.  \nThe final balance payment is due (plus a £250 security deposit) 4 weeks before your event date.  \nWe have a list of recommended suppliers if you need any help or advice.  \nExtra Information…  \nWe have a minimum requirement of 80 evening guests.  \nOur capacity is 150 seated but for an evening party to leave space for a dancefloor the ideal maximum table number  \nis 8 tables of 11.  \nConfetti: all confetti used must be biodegradable and is only allowed outside.  \nIf confetti is used inside a £250 clean up charge will be deducted from your security deposit.  \nFireworks are not allowed at the venue at any time.  \nNo other food other than a celebration cake may be brought onto the premises.
