The internship aimed to bridge academic learning with practical  \nindustry exposure, focusing on logistics documentation, and vendor coordination within a leading FMCG  \ncompany in Nepal.  \nDuring the 16-week internship period, I assisted the Procurement team in handling Letter of Credit (LC)  \nand Delivery Order (DO) applications, drafting quotation approvals and vendor agreements, performing  \nThird Party Screenings (TPS), and coordinating international shipments through DHL. These activities  \nprovided valuable insights into procurement operations, compliance requirements, and interdepartmental  \ncoordination essential for ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.  \nThe study identifies several operational challenges including limited digital integration, communication  \ndelays, dependency on external vendors, and regulatory constraints. To address these, the report  \nrecommends transitioning to an integrated e-procurement system, strengthening communication  \nmechanisms, promoting vendor diversification, and enhancing compliance training.  \nThis co-op experience not only enhanced my technical and analytical skills but also developed key soft skills such as attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability.
