Findings indicate alignment with workplace demands, improved confidence, and preparation to compete, while challenges persist in grammar, vocabulary, and meeting professional CV format standards. The increasingly fierce competition in the world of work, the ability to compile a professional CV in English is one of the important abilities possessed by students to increase competitiveness in the job market. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an in-depth interview approach to students who take ESPI courses at LP3I Polytechnic. In addition, researchers used observation and documentation as supporting data. The results showed that Students believe that learning how to write CVs in English aligns with the demands of the job market, and they feel prepared to compete effectively. The ESPI course, which focused on CV development in English, helped them recognize the significance of English language proficiency in the workplace. After participating in the ESP course on CV writing, the students felt more confident about entering the workforce. INTRODUCTION  \nThe era of globalization continues to grow and competition in the world of work is getting tougher, companies that have a global network, require workers who master technical skills in their fields and are also able to communicate well in English. According to data from the World Economic Forum (2021), more than 90% of available jobs worldwide require English language skills at various levels, ranging from basic communication to in-depth professional communication. This has an impact in Indonesia, where many multinational companies and local companies require a workforce that is fluent in English. Budi Santosa, an education and language expert, states in his article that almost all industry sectors in Indonesia, including technology, banking, and manufacturing, expect their employees to have English language skills. The IT and digital marketing sectors, for example, require workers who can communicate with international clients.  \nBased on the above phenomenon, mastering English communication is very important for students because in the world of work, they must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with company clients. Before plunging directly into the world of work, students must certainly prepare themselves first, starting from English communication to the ability to make an English CV. The ability to compile a CV (Curriculum Vitae) in English is one of the main tools used in applying for jobs, both in local companies that have international clients and in multinational companies.
