This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of all the e-commerce platforms, driving online sales, and ensuring a seamless and customer experience for supporters. The manager will collaborate with various teams to gather items, manage product listings, delivering maximum profit from various online sales platforms and local auction houses. The post holder will use their skills to successfully develop and lead the Ecommerce project and team to increase income for the Hospice.  \nMinimum Qualifications / Experience Required  \nEducated to GCSE level Grade C above or equivalent.  \nMinimum of three years’ experience in a commercial retail, Ecommerce, or digital marketing role. Experience of selling online and through other sales platforms.  \nStrong understanding of online trends, digital marketing, and customer behaviour.
