OCEANCHILDCRAFTS. COM \nEaster Chick & Bunny craft \nprintable \nWWW. OCEAN CHILD CRAFTS. CO M \nHello! \nThank you for your interest in this fun and simple Easter craft! This is the perfect project if you have 30 minutes to spare, whether in the classroom or at home. Here are some helpful tips to enhance your crafting experience. Have fun! \nIncluded \n• Instruction page \n• Illustrations in color & color page \nCraft supplies \n• A (color) printer or printing service \n• Scissors and glue \n• Wooden or plastic clothes pin (7-9 CM) \n• Color pencils, optional \n• Small piece of cardboard, \nStep by step instructions \nPrint instructions \nWhen you print the printable, we highly recommend using thicker (heavier) paper than regular printing paper. This makes the crafting process easier for little hands and your craft more durable. \nThis printable is created on letter size 8’5 x 11” when printing on A4 file size, click “print to file size” by printing options. \n1. Print the design you want to create, either the color version or the coloring page version, and gather the necessary craft supplies. I recommend using heavier printing paper for added durability. \nTo create the coloring page version, start by coloring the carrot and bunny, or the egg and chick. \nI suggest using colored pencils, as they work well for small illustrations. \n2. Carefully cut along the thin dashed outline of the shapes, leaving a small white border. If you are using regular printing paper, I recommend gluing the illustrations onto a thin piece of cardboard, such as a cereal box, for added durability. We used thick printing paper and also incorporated a piece of cardboard to enhance the durability. Seethe sample picture for reference. \n3. Once you have all your pieces cut out, you can begin assembling them. Refer to the sample picture below for guidance. Measure 2 cm from the end of your clothespin; this distance is where you will apply the glue. Now your egg sticks out; this is to ensure that your egg opens wide enough for the chick to be visible. \nIf you use the carrot, position the clothespin with its open side facing right. Otherwise, the bunny’s ears won’t be visible since they point to the right as well. You can use hot glue to help the different materials stick well. \nSample \n4. We layered a little piece of cardboard underneath the chick to create some depth, see sample picture on the right. But this step is optional. \nTHANK YOU! \n If you’re happy with your Easter printable, please consider leaving a positive review. It would greatly help my small shop. Thank you! \n Friendly reminder: this printable is for personal or classroom use only and cannot be used commercially or distributed for free. \n Share your craft and tag @oceanchildcrafts.
