up a significant part of the clinical practice of general practitioners, paediatricians and emergency doctors although exposure to the specialty is often limited during undergraduate training. \nThis “E-book” has been written to provide a practical guide to the day-to-day management of common ENT conditions and will be helpful to medical students and junior doctors as well as other clinicians that have exposure to ENT as part of their practice. It has been developed by the Students and Foundation Doctors in Otolaryngology group (SFO UK), which is part of ENTUK. The group aims to provide support for undergraduates in medicine and junior doctors with an interest in ENT. The content is based on a Delphi study that set out what the most important topics should be in an undergraduate ENT curriculum taking in to consideration guidance published in Tomorrow’s Doctors by the General Medical Council guidance. \nCongratulations to the authors and to ","cbCaidPgQ1SusIht","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaidPgQ1SusIht","pdf",5196971,264,"English","# Introduction\n## Preface\n## Foreword\n## A Career in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery\n## Generic Skills in ENT\n## General ENT History\n## Ear Examination\n## Nasal Examination\n## Neck and thyroid status exam\n## Cranial Nerve Examination\n## Otology\n## Rhinology\n## Head and Neck\n## ENT Emergencies\n## Medications in ENT\n## Practical Procedures in ENT\n## ENT Investigations\n## ENT Operations","[{\"question\":\"Who is the handbook written for?\",\"answer\":\"The handbook is written for medical students, junior doctors, and other clinicians who have exposure to ENT as part of their practice.\"},{\"question\":\"What is the handbook intended to help with?\",\"answer\":\"It provides a practical guide to the day-to-day management of common ENT conditions and focuses on the most important topics by the end of medical school and early clinical training.\"},{\"question\":\"How is the content organized?\",\"answer\":\"Topics are presented in a systematic, easy-to-read format designed for short attachments, and it also serves as reference material for common medicines, investigations, procedures, and operations specific to ENT.\"}]","Ear, Nose and Throat: The Official Handbook for Medical Students and Junior Doctors | PDF",1791845416,92]
