Contractor Intellectual Property  \nDot will retain any and all rights, title, and ownership in and to its intellectual property, including but not limited to its original music, logos, graphics, materials, designs, photos, videos, and processes (“IP”). This contract gives Client a perpetual, unlimited commercial license to utilize the IP that is created to fulfill the terms of this contract (“Contract IP”). Credit to Dot will be given by Client in the manner by which Dot determines case by case.  \nVII. Client Intellectual Property  \nClient will retain any and all rights, title, and ownership in and to its IP (“Client IP”). This contract gives Dot a limited, nonexclusive license to utilize Client IP as it fulfills the terms of this contract which may result in Client IP being used to create Contract IP. Dot may not use Client IP or Contract IP to create or sell materials that do not fulfill this contract but rather may use Contract IP to promote its own products and services.
