To help in the process of managing projects, project management tools like Microsoft Project were created to support project managers. ITLingo is a research initiative with the goal to design and develop specification languages in the IT domain. One of those languages is Project Specification Language (PSL) and in the scope of PSL, an Excel template for project management was created.  \nCommunication is essential in a project; therefore, it is important to communicate with stakeholders to know what needs to be done and say what is being done. PM documents are vital for the communication in a project, and they should be high quality and easy to read. Project managers excel at making PM documents and they sometimes follow standard templates for the project documents. Document automation is the design of systems and workflows that assist in the creation of documents, and it can help project managers in the creation of those PM documents.  \nThe purpose of this research is the creation of a set of PM documents to support a report generation feature with document automation mechanisms in the PSL-v.2021 template. This new template contains new sheets and new user forms that assist in the generation of PM documents. Para ajudar na gestão de projetos, ferramentas como por exemplo o Microsoft Project foram criadas para ajudar os gestores de projeto. ITLingo é uma iniciativa que tem como objetivo desenhar e desenolver linguagens de especificação na área das tecnologias de informação. Uma dessas linguagens é o “Project Specification Language”(PSL) e no âmbito dessa linguagem foi criado um template Excel para gestão de projetos.  \nA comunicação é essencial num projeto portanto, é importante comunicar com os intervenientes para saber o que é preciso ser feito e dizer o que está a ser feito. Os documentos de gestão de projetos sãovitais para a comunicação num projeto e devem ser de elevada qualidade e fáceis de ler. Os gestores de projeto são excelentes a elaborar documentos de gestão de projetos e, por vezes, seguem modelos padrão.
