Able to fully support the core values and philosophy of ministry held by Water Street Ministries  \nEssential Functions:  \n• Assist donors at food dock in a pleasant and courteous manner  \n• Receive product at the dock, use pallet jack or forklift to move product for proper storage  \n• Keep the dock area clean and organized, including fridges, freezer, restroom and shelves  \n• Assist the cooks with food prep and meal service in accordance with menu specifications and established food safety practices as directed by supervisor  \n• Ensure that proper sanitation and food safety procedures are followed during clean up  \n• Operates and clean various kitchen equipment  \n• In the absence of department supervision, maintain good order and discipline while on shift and report any violations in accordance with Mission and department policy  \n• Work in harmony with all staff modeling Christ-like character and conduct  \n• Perform other duties as assigned.  \nEducation/Skills: High School Diploma or G.E.D required, general math competency, computer proficiency on databases and email communications, experience in a retail or food service industry preferred. Able to lift 50lbs, experience using a forklift is preferred.
