The Director of Programs will provide leadership and direction on the design, implementation, and evaluation of programs, emphasizing measurable outcomes using data and best practices. The Director of Programs will develop partnerships and manage relationships with nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders. Our ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, resourceful and results-oriented, and can balance both strategy and implementation.  \nWorking under the direction of NSG’s Director, the Director of Programs will have strategic and operational responsibility for key program areas through the Impact HQ website and network.
