Perform periodic maintenance on all within capabilities of staff and coordinate contracts for other maintenance and repairs  \n􀁸 Inspect and maintain equipment in proper working order  \n􀁸 Ensure fire alarm equipment inspections and back-flow preventer inspections and maintenance are performed as required  \n􀁸 Process, evaluate, and delegate work orders received.
