Everything has been impacted. How we live and interact with each other, how we work and communicate, how we move around and travel. Every aspect of our lives has been affected. Isolation and fear where theresounding emotions of the nation. Yet in the darkness there was a magnitude of resilience, hope and courage reminding us all that people can survive individually, but they thrive collectively.  \nI am delighted to introduce to you our Annual Report for 2020. I hope you find this report a useful and Informative update on our activities and projects. A main feature of 2020 was the COVID 19 pandemic. Restrictions introduced to manage the impact of the pandemic affected everyone. Staff at Deonach responded with energy and creativity to support the participants of Deonach. Evidence of their creativity and commitment is contained throughout this report. I would like to thank Ms. Olive Monahan our interim general manager and all the staff at Deonach and fellow board members for their dedication and committed to our purpose and values. Work in DEONACH continued throughout lockdown. We PROUDLY remained open throughout the lockdowns. We consider ourselves an essential service and support to our participants and the community of Tallaght. The dedicated, unwavering team in DEONACH must be thanked and recognized. Without your commitment and continued dedication to the participants and the project we could not have delivered the supports we did in what can only be described as a year full of stress, fear and uncertainty. By the pulling together it has built a dynamic and resilience that gives hope and enthusiasm for what we can achieve in the future to come.  \nTo the Board of Directors thank you for all the work you have given over the year.
