It covers the stock exchanges of Vienna, Prague, Ljubljana and Zagreb, the APA Vienna and the APA Zagreb , all of which are regulated by MiFIR as well as Albania, Belgrade, Banja Luka, Macedonia, Kazakhstan and the Energy Exchange Austria.  \nFor the purpose of this DUD , all terms written in capital letters correspond to the terms in the definitions section of the Market Data Agreement.  \nThe Client’s declaration must comprise its own as well as the Non-Display Data Use of the Client Group as listed in the Market Data Agreement unless the members of the Client Group declare their Non-Display Data Use independently in (a) separate DUD(s) .  \nThe DUD must be updated or confirmed by the Client at least once a year by June 30 of the respective calendar year. If the DUD is not provided within one ( 1) month after June 30 of the respective calendar year, the price level for an unlimited number of Devices (enterprise license) shall apply.  \nIf changes to the number of Devices during the current calendar year affect the licensing of Market Data, these changes must be reported to WBAG via the DUD within one (1) calendar month, stating the date of the change, so that WBAG can adjust the billing accordingly.  \nAll Devices that have access to Market Data for Non-Display Data Use need to be included in the reporting via this DUD. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes Devices that are capable to access and Use Market Data for Display Data Use and Non-Display Data Use.  \nIf the number of devices exceeds 10 (ten) and this applies to all four MiFIR-regulated exchanges (enterprise licence), reporting via DUD is only necessary once.
