The Club is the Controller in respect of the Club Personal Data.  \nB. The Supplier has agreed to carry out certain Processing functions in respect of the Club Personal Data and to act as a Processor in respect of the Club Personal Data.  \nC. The Parties have therefore entered into this Agreement to regulate the Processing of the Club Personal Data by the Supplier in terms of the Data Protection Legislation.  \nIt is agreed as follows:  \n1.
