Please consider this document in the preparation of your bid response.  \nQuestions and Answers:  \nQ1) Will the awarded agency's proposal need to present to the board?  \nA1) At this time, there is no expectation of the awarded agency needing to present to the Board.  \nQ2) Does providing comprehensive Family Resource Center services (family strengthening, child/parent attachment supports, etc. ) qualify as continuous child abuse prevention services?  \nA2) As long as the services provided at the Family Resource Center fall within one the five listed protective factors categories (parental resilience, social connections, knowledge of parenting/child development, concrete supports, and social emotional competence of children) then the service would qualify.  \nQ3) Can an awardee use subcontractors or consultants for some of the services?  \nA3) Yes, this is allowed.  \nQ4) How many awards will be given?  \nA4) The County expects to award one contract.  \nQ5) What is the budget?  \nA5) Please submit a budget based on your project costs.
