Promote effective communication and true collaboration among all Cordova Community Medical Center (CCMC) medical staff, departments, and clinics to establish and manage an effective quality assurance program. The purpose of the CCMC QAPI program is to monitor, measure, and evaluate clinical and functional status/satisfaction outcomes, and improvement of services and outcomes throughout CCMC (includes clinical and non-clinical directives) . Project design includes activities to improve patient centered outcomes, systems outcomes and compliance with all regulatory bodies and accrediting agencies.  \nThe CCMC QI RN differs from other nursing classes in the nature, diversity, and scope of responsibilities. This position requires knowledge of methods of investigation and review, statistical analysis and reporting, performance measures, performance improvement techniques, and the frequent use of discretion, initiative, and independent judgment to provide support to the CCMC QI program. The CCMC QI RN provides direct support and assistance to the CEO/CNO and the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to meet projected facility goals while supporting the CCMC mission, vision, and values.  \n1.
