Responsible for managing the delivery of multidisciplined construction projects within the Capital Works and Contracts & Compliance sections including other specific programmes of work in accordance with the agreed annual Asset Management Plan.  \nTo manage the compliance of statutory services across the portfolio, ensuring all inspections are carried out to ensure the organisation remains compliant.  \nTo be responsible for providing information from major projects and schemes of work undertaken by the Property Services Directorate, to update stock condition data across the Housing Stock.  \nTo contribute to Tenant and Leaseholder consultation on all matters relating to the prescribed works, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction whilst managing the corporate complaints and compliments procedure.  \nTo deputise for the Head of Service required on all divisional related matters.  \nGeneral  \nThe duties of the post may change and develop from time to time in light of new legislation, Wolverhampton Homes Policies, organisational developments and social trends.
