These patterns consist of the following characteristics. \n Tail, which should be at least two-thirds of the entire candle \n The body, which is the space between the open and close (the color is irrelevant when distinguishing between bullish and bearish patterns) \n The nose, which is the much smaller wick on the opposite side as the tail \nBullish Pin Bar \nBearish Pin Bar \nWhile pin bars can form anywhere on a chart, the best and most effective formations occur at key support or resistance. \nIn this way, the location of the pin bar is the most important aspect. For more on this, visit [http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/forex-pin-bar-trading](http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/forex-pin-bar-trading)strategy to learn how I trade pin bars. \n2 \nThe Inside Bar (continuation candlestick pattern) \nAlthough a bit trickier to trade than the pin bar, the inside bar can be an excellent continuation signal if it forms within the right context. \n Hence its name, the range (low to high) should be completely inside of themother bar, which is the larger of the two candles \n What makes the inside bar bullish or bearish is not how it forms but rather where it forms with respect to the current trend \n The color of the inside bar (bullish or bearish) does not matter \nInside Bar (bullish continuation) \nInside Bar (bearish continuation) \nThe bullishness or bearishness of the inside bar comes from the direction of the established trend, not whether the inside bar itself is bullish or bearish. \nBe sure to visit [http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/inside-bar](http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/inside-bar)trading-strategy to learn how I trade the inside bar pattern. \n3 The Engulfing Bar (reversal candlestick pattern) \nLast but not least are the bullish and bearish engulfing patterns. Here's what you need to know: \n The range (high to low) of the engulfing bar must completely surround or engulf the range of the previous candle to be deemed valid \n To be effective, a bullish engulfing bar must form at a swing low while the bearish engulfing bar must occur at a swing high \nBullish Engulfing Bar \nBearish Engulfing Bar \nAlways remember that the bullish and bearish engulfing patterns must form at aswing low or swing high respectively. The pattern is untradable otherwise. \n[http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/how-to-trade-the-bullish](http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/how-to-trade-the-bullish)engulfing-pattern \n[http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/how-to-trade-the-bearish](http://dailypriceaction.com/free-forex-trading-lessons/how-to-trade-the-bearish)engulfing-pattern \nHERE'S WHAT TO DO NEXT","cbCaippX43MtZMrv","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaippX43MtZMrv","pdf",211892,"English","# 3 Forex Candlestick Patterns That'll Boost Your Trading Profits\n## The Pin Bar\n## The Inside Bar\n## The Engulfing Bar\n## HERE'S WHAT TO DO NEXT","[{\"question\":\"Why are candlestick patterns important for Forex profitability?\",\"answer\":\"Understanding the hidden meaning behind Forex candlesticks is described as paramount for becoming consistently profitable.\"},{\"question\":\"What are the key characteristics of a pin bar?\",\"answer\":\"A pin bar is defined by a tail at least two-thirds of the candle, a body between open and close, and a small wick on the opposite side called the nose.\"},{\"question\":\"When do engulfing bars become tradable?\",\"answer\":\"Bullish engulfing bars must form at a swing low and bearish engulfing bars must form at a swing high; otherwise the pattern is considered untradable.\"}]","Content-upgrade-Forex-Candlestick-Patterns - Exclusive Cheat Sheet | PDF",1791917672]
