This note includes the draft decisions contained in the various recommendations from the twenty-third and twenty-fourth meetings of the Subsidiary Body on Scientific, Technical and Technological Advice (SBSTTA), the third meeting of the Subsidiary Body on Implementation, the eleventh meeting of the Ad Hoc Open-ended Inter-sessional Working Group on Article 8(j) and Related Provisions, and the first, second, third, and fourth meetings of the Working Group on the Post-2020 Global Biodiversity Framework (WG2020) and, where appropriate, additional elements developed by the Executive Secretary in the light of previous decisions of the Conference of the Parties or recommendations of its subsidiary bodies; these are highlighted in light grey throughout the document.
