The mother/caregiver and baby/child are considered individual Clients.\nCradleME:\nA referral system for child bearing aged families in Maine administered by Public Health Nursing (PHN) in collaboration with Maine Families Home Visiting, and CHN Partners to provide safety and well-being for infants, children, and youth, as well as prenatal and postpartum women.
