It is highly recommended that if you have our other products, begin with Cleanse as the starting point. \n● Deduplication: Scan your database for duplicates based on specific criteria that you define. Once you've identified your duplicates, easily merge them saving you storage costs and time \n● Normalize / Segment: Standardize your addresses, websites, phone numbers, and more to keep data easy to navigate and search on \n● Mass Update: Update fields on custom and standard entities after filtering and defining your new values \n● Mass Delete: Clean out your Dynamics by deleting custom and standard entities \nHubSpot Tips and Nuances \n● When you create a task in RingLead, a list will be auto created in your HubSpot with the records appearing in the task. \n● Pay attention to record count: there is a soft limit of 80k contacts that can bededuped at the same time. Run a job with all your contacts first, and if it fails, filter to a sample size no larger than 80k. Filter examples include \n○ Last name starts with — a, b, c, d \n● On Companies, please refrain from using record filters. Instead, to narrow down your resolution, use group filters. There is no soft limit as far as we know. \nDeduplication \nBest Practices \nDeduplication is critical in order to maintain clean and organized data. You can easily deduplicate existing records in Contacts, Companies. Here are some things to consider before you start. \n● Run Contact to Contact and com-any to company deduplication tasks \n● Decide if you want to target a subset of duplicates in your HubSpot or have RingLead search the entire database for duplicates on your target object. This will help you decide if a Filter will be needed for your deduplication task. Remember: On Companies, please refrain from using record filters. Instead, to narrow down your resolution, use group filters. There is no soft limit as far as we know. \n● Look at the fields on the target object in your HubSpot to determine which fields are the most populated. Do this before building your Matching Rules, and consider including a few of the more populated fields in matching rules to find more duplicates. \n● Identify what fields and values are the most important to preserve. This knowledge will help you configure Archived Field Values and Surviving Field Value rules in the Matching tab of your deduplication task. \n● Think about which duplicate record you want to preserve in a merge. Is it the oldest record, the newest, the most recently modified? Any HubSpot field can be used to specify the winning record. This will help you set the Master Record Rules in your task. \n○ Consider this: choose the master record as the last created if web forms create the duplicate since people often enter their most accurate data in the last web form submission. \nSteps for Deduplication in HubSpot \n1. Create a Connection and a New Task \nDeduplication Tasks enable you to perform a variety of operations: \n● Find and merge duplicate Records such as Contacts and Companies (direct object dedupe-contacts to contacts and companies to companies) \nFirst, you must make a connect","cbCaioZneSsE68X3","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaioZneSsE68X3","pdf",804473,"English","# Introduction to Cleanse\n# Section 1.
