Administrator Secrest has been with the program for a year and this seems like a goodtime to take a step back and discuss the future of the organization  \nc. Grant Contract Status  \ni. Working on a redesign of the grant dashboard and hoping to have something to roll out next month  \nii. We’re making great progress on contracting. All of the formula awards that have been made to date are now in COTRAMS, CDOT’s transit grant tracking program.  \niii. Award letters are out and CDOT is in the process of putting them into a “shopping cart,” which will send them to the contracting group.  \niv. Last year, CTE was very focused on setting up the program and making the awards, now we’re focused on getting actual contracts in the next 2-3 months.  \nv.
