The proposed extension includes a credit of 0.35% applied to compensating balances and an interest rate of 0.03% for balances above the target. Earnings credits will offset service fees, and excess balances will earn interest based on managed rates, subject to market conditions. The letter reaffirms SunTrust's commitment to providing innovative financial solutions to the City of Cocoa Beach. The offer is presented as a continuation of the existing banking contract and does not require changes to the Treasury Management Master Agreement. Brian S.
