Designs must keep a 2mm margin, be returned to the school office collection box by Friday 29th September, and not be folded or stapled. Printed samples arrive via pupil post in October, with ordering and correct payment due by Tuesday 31st October, and items delivered home in November.","| | Christmas Cards\u003Cbr>Deadline for your designs: Friday 29th September 2017 |\n| --- | --- |\n\nEvery year the PTA run the very popular fundraising activity offering your child the opportunity to design their own Christmas cards, orders placed will raise money for the PTA.  \nAll they need to do is design a picture on the attached template using felt tip pens, coloured pencils or paint. The actual size will be reduced to half of the template area.  \nThe cards are blank inside for your own message and will have your child's name on the back with class name and school logo.  \nWhat to do:  \n􀁸 Your child creates their own Christmas card design on the attached template using felt tip, coloured pencils, or paint. Make sure you leave a margin of 2mm all-round the edge of the page  \n􀁸 Return the completed template to the collection box in the school office by 􀂔􀂔􀂔 Friday 29th September 􀂔􀂔􀂔  \n􀁸 You should not pay for your items until later in the process. Payment should be made after you have received your child’s printed sample and order form.  \n􀁸 Please do not fold the design template or staple anything to it as this may affect the printing quality.  \n􀁸 A sample of your child’s design will be professionally printed and returned to you via pupil post w/c 16th October with an order form.  \n􀁸 To buy, you should complete and return the order form with full payment, post your order form and payment in the PTA Post Box located in the school office. Orders must be received by Tuesday 31st October. There are other products available too (wrapping paper, gift tags, mugs), the order form accompanying the sample of your child’s card w/c 16th October will have more details of products available) . All payments must be correct value, cheques payable to Aldryngton PTA, cash must be in a sealed named envelope and securely attached with order forms. The school office will not be able to give change so correct money only.  \n􀁸 Ordered cards/products will be sent home via pupil post w/c 20th November.  \nPrices are the same excellent value as last year:  \n£5.00 for one pack of 12 £4.00 for each additional pack of 12  \n􀂔 Every pack sold raises £1.00 for PTA funds 􀂔  \nTo ensure the Christmas card scheme can go ahead, we need a minimum of 50 packs of Christmas cards to be ordered so please submit your design now and make this a success for the PTA!
