TA spoke with property owner and received guidance on location of sheds. Resident requesting abatement owns property on M3/L 36 & 39 and being taxed on M3/L36 for sheds located on M3/L35 . Selectmen’s Office will speak with Avitar on 6/2/2026 .  \n􀁸 EMD Goals – New Emergency Management Director requested BOS to provide goals the BOS would like to set for the Town of Chichester. TA contacted EMD to provide template for business cards and forwarded Hazard Mitigation Plan. Waiting for CCS IT Staff to reply regarding the availability of a laptop.  \n􀁸 Credit Card – Request new cards from TD Bank. Treasurer met with TD Bank staff the week of 4/20/2026 .
