I hope you have had a positive start to the spring term.  \nAs you will be aware , the school improvement service has been through a management of change process. Therefore, from 1st January 2018 we have a new structure in place.  \nI am attaching the structure so that you can see who will be in the new service. I have allocated an adviser to each of our schools/academies/centres and this person will be your first point of contact.  \nHow we will be supporting schools will have to change as we do not have the same capacity we have had in the past. I am however very keen to maintain our relationships with you all and we will be visiting you over the course of a year.  \nA task group, including headteachers , has been set up to develop a new school improvement strategy and define the support we will be able to offer you all. This process has started and is a priority and as soon as I am able , I will communicate this to you.  \nIn the meantime you will have your school adviser’s name and they will be able to respond to any questions/queries.
