The template includes instructions to the author, boilerplate text, and fields that should be replaced with the values specific to the project. \n• Blue italicized text enclosed in square brackets ([text]) provides instructions to the document author, or describes the intent, assumptions and context for content included in this document. \n• Blue italicized text enclosed in angle brackets (\u003Ctext>) indicates a field that should be replaced with information specific to a particular project. \n• Text and tables in black are provided as boilerplate examples of wording and formats that may be used or modified as appropriate to a specific project. These are offered only as suggestions to assist in developing project documents; they are not mandatory formats. \nWhen using this template for your project document, it is recommended that you follow these steps: \n1. Replace all text enclosed in angle brackets (i.e., \u003CProject Name>) with the correct field values. These angle brackets appear in both the body of the document and in headers and footers. To customize fields in Microsoft Word (which display a gray background when selected): \na. Select File>Properties>Summary and fill in the Title field with the Document Name and the Subject field with the Project Name. \nb. Select File>Properties>Custom and fill in the Last Modified, Status, and Version fields with the appropriate information for this document. \nc. After you click OK to close the dialog box, update the fields throughout the document with these values by selecting Edit>Select All (or Ctrl-A) and pressing F9. Or you can update an individual field by clicking on it and pressing F9. This must be done separately for Headers and Footers. \n2. Modify boilerplate text as appropriate to the specific project. \n3. To add any new sections to the document, ensure that the appropriate header and body text styles are maintained. Styles used for the Section Headings are Heading 1, Heading 2 and Heading 3. Style used for boilerplate text is Body Text. \n4. To update the Table of Contents, right-click and select “Update field” and choose the option- “Update entire table” \n5. Before submission of the first draft of this document, delete this “Notes to the Author” page and all instructions to the author, which appear throughout the document as blue italicized text enclosed in square brackets.] \nTABLE OF CONTENTS \n1 INTRODUCTION ........................................................................................................ 5 \n1.1 Purpose of The Change Management Plan ................................................. 5 \n2 CHANGE MANAGEMENT PROCESS ....................................................................... 5 \n2.1 Change Request Process Flow Requirements ............................................ 5 \n2.2 Change Request Form and Change Management Log ............................... 6 \n2.3 Evaluating and Authorizing Change Requests ............................................. 6 \n2.3.1 Change Control Board ...............................................................","cbCaifZICq5MH8bG","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaifZICq5MH8bG","pdf",316534,"English","# Introduction\n## Purpose of The Change Management Plan\n# Change Management Process\n## Change Request Process Flow Requirements\n## Change Request Form and Change Management Log\n## Evaluating and Authorizing Change Requests\n### Change Control Board\n# Responsibilities\n# Appendix A: Change Management Plan Approval\n# Appendix B: References\n# Appendix C: Key Terms\n# Appendix D: Change Request Form Example\n# Appendix E: Change Management Log Template","[{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of the Change Management Plan?\",\"answer\":\"It documents and tracks information needed to effectively manage project change from initiation to delivery, and is created during the project’s Planning Phase.\"},{\"question\":\"What does the Change Management process cover?\",\"answer\":\"It provides an orderly procedure for tracking the submission, coordination, review, evaluation, categorization, and approval of releases for changes to project baselines.\"},{\"question\":\"How does a change request progress through the process flow?\",\"answer\":\"A submitter generates a CR and sends it to the Change Manager, who logs and updates status; project personnel evaluate and estimate effort; authorization approves incorporation; implementation makes the necessary adjustments if approved.\"}]","Change Management Plan - Version 1.0 - Template | PDF",1789154919]
